Shipping policy

At Metiroch, we work to ensure that every order is processed and delivered safely and efficiently. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–12 business days after payment or order confirmation. Processing times may be longer during promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information, customs, or other circumstances outside our control do not qualify for automatic refunds or compensation.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid phone number. Metiroch is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses the package, or provides incorrect information, additional delivery charges may apply.

If an order is returned to Metiroch because of a failed delivery or customer refusal, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return and/or reshipping costs.

Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery whenever possible. Any visible damage should be reported to the delivery carrier immediately and to Metiroch as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If an order is delayed or reported as lost, Metiroch will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Resolution times may vary depending on the carrier's investigation.

Metiroch is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
